How to get your ChatGPT conversation history:

1. Go to chat.openai.com
2. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left
3. Select "Settings"
4. Click "Export data"
5. Choose "Export conversations"
6. Wait for the email from OpenAI (usually takes a few minutes)
7. Download the .json file from the email
8. Click "Load JSON" above to load your conversation history
